PureGoodness is a movement that starts with each of us as individuals.
We are amazing creations!! Our bodies were made to be nourished in a natural way. We have the capacity to function in an exceptional way if we respect the harmony intended for us. Feeding our bodies God-foods vs. Man-foods is a start to respecting this creation, as well as keeping our earth “green” and protecting the soil from which we gather our foods. Along with physical nourishment, our spirits long to connect with our Creator. It is interesting that we were created in 3 parts: body, mind, spirit. Giving attention to each of these areas will help us function in harmony each day we’ve been given. PureGoodness will be updating blogs with helps in each of these areas. There are many contributers and sources of information.
Once we are on the road to a healthier life (physically, emotionally, spiritually) we have the responsibility and the joy to love others and reach out to our neighbors. PureGoodness acts are happening all over the world! When we love, we bring HOPE to others and encourage their lives whether through a physical need met or a spiritual one. This is so exciting to be a part of what God is doing in our neighbors’ lives. We can jump in and be a part! When we are healthy, we can release love more efficiently!!
