This is probably the simplest recipe in the world. If you have a dehydrator, you can make these great snacks for your kids simply overnight!
I didn’t go by a recipe, so this may need some tweaking as we venture out with new flavors. Think of changing it to bananas & peanut butter, blueberries, apple & cinnamon… the combinations are endless!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Bag of frozen fruit. (we used organic strawberries)
1/2 Lime juiced
1 Tbs Agave Nectar

Blend all the ingredients in a high powered blender such as the VitaMix. You may want to defrost the berries first for easier blending.
Spread an even layer of the mixture on the flat surface of your dehyrator sheet.
Set dehydrator to 114 Degrees for produce a raw product.
Leave in until dry. We set it on 114 for the first 7 hours, but when we went to bed, just put it on the lowest setting til morning.
Score the fruit leathers, and roll them up!
Enjoy!
